Signature Massage
I combine relaxation with deep tissue techniques to provide a therapeutic, yet relaxing experience. Each session is tailored to your comfort and preferences. I combine myofascial release, lomi lomi, active release therapy, Reiki and energy healing, reflexology, and essential oils with the addition of hot stones and cupping at your request. Reflexology is an Eastern medicine technique that believes each point on the foot corresponds to an area of your body. Cupping also originated in the East and uses suction to increase blood circulation, release fascia and relax tense muscles. If you do choose cupping, be aware that it does cause circular bruises. Massage lotions are handcrafted and organic and come in 3 varieties - Soothe, a blend of menthol, birch and eucalyptus for ultimate pain relief, Tranquility, a blend of rose, chamomile and jasmine to promote relaxation, and Joyful, an invigorating citrus blend.
Pregnancy Massage
I use pregnancy cushions designed specifically for you and your baby to comfortably receive a massage while face down. During the later months of pregnancy, we will switch to side lying massage.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is often used after reconstructive surgery to speed up the healing process and reduce swelling. It is also a great way to boost your immune system, relieve puffiness and water retention, remove toxins, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and promote healing in your body. Lymph nodes are stimulated followed by a gentle, pumping massage to move fluids through your lymphatic system. It is extremely relaxing.
Vibroaccoustic Therapy (VAT)
The massage table is equipped with technology that uses sound, frequency and vibration to promote relaxation and healing at the cellular level. VAT is backed by science and has been proven to relieve pain, regenerate cells, repair DNA, improve circulation, assist with emotional imbalances, trauma, anxiety, stress and depression. Sessions can be combined with other services, or used alone.
Reiki and energy Healing
Trained in over 13 energy healing methods, including Reiki, I like to combine this with all of my services, but find that it is more powerful as a stand alone service. Most people feel the heaviness and negativity leave their body and feel a sense of peace and comfort. This is a healing of your subtle energy body, with the idea that stagnation in your energy body cause pain and illness in your physical body.
CBD Massage
Handcrafted, high potency CBD massage oil is used throughout the massage while a CBD massage candle is lit to fill the room with calming ambience. Warm CBD oil from the candle is used to soothe sore muscles. Choose between Soothe - a blend of menthol, birch and eucalyptus for ultimate pain relief, Tranquility, floral notes of rose, chamomile and jasmine to promote relaxation and Joyful, an invigorating citrus blend.
Thai Herbal Ball Massage
Originated in Thailand, this massage uses steamed compresses filled with healing herbs to promote deep relaxation and soften tense muscles.
Medical Massage
I Bill insurance for motor vehicle accidents, however, I do not Bill for medical insurance. I can provide a super Bill to your Health insurance for reimbursement of a portion of the amount paid for your massage.
